Freight forwarding

The definition of a freight forwarder is derived from the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code. The fundamental legal basis is the Forwarding Contract, under which the forwarder undertakes, in their own name and on the client’s account, to arrange the transport of goods from a specified place to another specified place, as well as any related services. The client undertakes to pay the forwarder a fee for these services.
